He was predeceased by: his father Donald L. Blanton; and his brother Donald L. Blanton Jr. A. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Blanton Sr. (Cole) of Findlay, OH; his children, Skyler Blanton (Madeline) of Abilene, TX and Kendall Blanton of Grand Rapids, MI; his grandson Emmett Blanton; his brother Brian Blanton (Janeen) of Columbia, SC; and his sister-in-law Laura Jo Blanton of North Canton, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Findlay First Assembly of God (201 Prospect Ave, Findlay, OH 45840). A celebration of life was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
