He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson A Eatherton and Reva Eatherton (Breitigam); and his brother Ron Eatherton. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Eatherton (Bender); his son Mark Eatherton (Michelle); his brother-in-law Tom Frost (Amy); his grandchildren, Samantha Short and Ryan Eatherton; and his great grandchildren, Aria Short, Ayden Eatherton-Ervin and Layklyn Eatherton.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Jerry's name to Ohio AMVETS Post #21, 423 W. Trenton Ave., Findlay.
