It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan M. Billings of Findlay, Ohio, who passed away on March 25, 2026, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Wilbur Cook and Irene Cook (Dennis); her husband Richard Billings; her children, Vicki Cooper (Jack) and Tom Schaefer of Clyde; her stepchildren, Erik Billings (Myrta) of Sandusky and Kristin DeCaro (Michael) of Lake Elsinore, California; her stepgrandchildren, Brett Billings, Ian DeCaro, Koy DeCaro, Sarah Grote and Brandon Kelderhouse; and her great grandchildren, Lola, Lucy, Rhys, Madison and Brayden.
