He is survived by: his mother Deborah Ann Lewis (Christman) of Delaware; his sons, Isaiah Lewis of Findlay and Zechariah Lewis (Amanda Deitrick) of Findlay; and his siblings, Aaron Lee Lewis of Findlay and April Dawn Lewis of Delaware.
