He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Fisher and Mary Fisher (Heilig); his brother William Fisher; his brothers-in-law, LaVern Kiehl and Ted Streussnig; his niece Carol Pihaylic (Kiehl); and his former wife Judith Fisher Ziems (Rammler).

He is survived by: his sisters, Marjorie Kiehl Streussnig (Fisher) and Shirley Mulrath (Fisher); his niece Kristin Lee (Richard); his nephew Tim Fisher (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Ricky and Kyra.
