She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Shank and H. Doris Shank (Musgrave); her husband W. Dennis Peters; her son Nick Peters (Carla); her siblings, Jim Shank and Joy Brown (late George); and her grandsons, Bryce Baney and Travis Trenor.

She is survived by: her children, Eric Peters (Roxanne) of Findlay, Todd Peters of Findlay, Teresa Spence of Findlay, Kim Baney (Tadd) of Bluffton and Deena Smith of Findlay. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
