He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace G. Burnside (Born) and J. Arnold Burnside; his sister Rebecca Fetter (Jack); and his brothers-in-law, John and Jack.
He is survived by: his sister Nancy Mayers (John); his wife Sandra Burnside (Hamilton); and his children, Dawn Burnside Carlisle (Robert) of Upper Arlington, Ohio, Jackie Hamilton of Richwood, Ohio and Martin Hamilton of Columbus, Ohio..
