He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Gerringer and Gloria Gerringer (Rexroad); his sons, Brandon Gerringer of Livonia, Michigan and Richard Gerringer of Livonia, Michigan; his sisters, Minette Evans (Dave) of Findlay and Jackie Lobdell (David) of Chicago, Illinois; and his pet Bella.

Any donations, in excess, will be given by the family to the Flag City Honor Flight, in his memory.
