It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Elaine Rossman (Findlay, Ohio), who passed away on March 8, 2026, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Dahl and Mary Dahl (Barkley); her husband Lowell Rossman; and her brother Bill Dahl (Shirley). She is survived by: her children, Todd Rossman (Susan) of Jenera and Natalie Miller (Bryan) of Jenera; her grandchildren, Kayla Ketterer (Colin), Kyle Rossman (Molly), Hannah Miller, Clay Miller and Riley Miller; her great grandchildren, Brooks Ketterer, Cooper Ketterer and Isla Rossman; and her sister Jean Shipley (George).
The family has chosen to send donations to Cincinnati Children's Dept. of Neurology-Tuberous Sclerosis Clinic.
