She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Phillips and Mary Ellen Phillips (Butler). She is survived by: her sons, Christian Crowell, Joshua Hernando (Alexandra) and Noah Hernando; and her sisters, Kimberly Phillips, Rebecca Moore and Amy Phillips. She is also survived by daughter.
