She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Hall and Ethel Hall (Thompson); her former spouse Gene Hotelling; her husband Danny Lee Girdler; her sons, Tony and Rod Hotelling; and her brother-in-law Dean Tackett.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Fry (Don) of Findlay; her sister Judy Tackett of Dunkirk; her grandchildren, Traci Hotelling, Marcus Hotelling, Nicole Hotelling, Derrick Girdler (Jodina), Rodney Hotelling, Dustin Hotelling, Rich King (Kari) and Amanda Pagal (Ben); her stepchildren, Dan Girdler, Jr. (Deb), Russ Girdler (Cindy), Scot Girdler, Carly Girdler and Melissa Girdler; and her siblings-in-law, Dale Hotelling and Delphia York (Dean). She is also survived by 23 great grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren and step grandchildren.
Memorial contributions can be made in memory of Kay to a charity of the donor's choice.
