He is survived by: his spouse Jody Allshouse (Rusk); his children, Matthew Allshouse (Amanda), Olivia and Scarlet; his grandchildren, Violet of Van Buren, Jennifer Anderson (Cory), Seth, Jackson, Avery of Cornelius, NC, Ivy Thornton (Andrew), Eva, Price and Beckett of Whitehouse, Ohio.; and his sister Janice Utterback (Charles).
