He is survived by: his wife Sandi Cramer (Wheeler); his fathers, Karl Cramer and Pat Altvader (Hollister); his in-laws, Darrell and Carolyn Wheeler; and his siblings, Beverly McMaster (Jim), Elizabeth Cook, Eric Giesey (Jodi), Jimmy Petrie, D'aun Combest, David Altvader (Jeannette), Julie Cavey (Rob) and Wendi Kliesch (Kevin).
In Lieu of Flowers, contributions in his honor may be gifted to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation or Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
