He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Coppes and Betty Coppes (Keeran); his wife Lela Coppes; his sisters, Carol Decker, Karen Kidd and Linda Howard; and his great grandchild Cephas Rader.
He is survived by: his children, Faith Hanners of Findlay, Lizabeth Klemans (Paul) of Findlay, Larry Coppes Jr. of Amherst and LeRay Coppes (Tammy) of Hoytville. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 25 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
