He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake O. E Edward and Eloise Claire Carroll (Lamb); and his siblings, Rodney Ona Carroll and Joyce Ann Reed. He is survived by: his nieces, Nicole Case (Matt) and Megan Hallin (Jon); and his nephew Matthew Carroll.
Memorial contributions may be directed towards the City Mission of Findlay.
