He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake O. E Edward and Eloise Claire Carroll (Lamb); and his siblings, Rodney Ona Carroll and Joyce Ann Reed. He is survived by: his sibling's children, Nicole Case (Matt), Megan Hallin (Jon) and Matthew Carroll.

Memorial contributions may be directed towards the City Mission of Findlay.
