She is survived by: her children, Patrick Mains of Lima and Tracy L. August (Michael) of Findlay; her siblings, Charles Burner of Ft. Myers, FL and Patricia Campbell of Whitehouse; her grandsons, Adam August and Benjamin Mains; and her brother-in-law Charles Crawfis of Gilboa.
