She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ferguson and Louise Ferguson (Weaver); her husband James R. Collins; and her siblings, Charles Jr., Denny, Dick Ferguson, Dorothy and Mary Jane.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra August of Findlay and Laura L. Holycross of Findlay; her brother George Ferguson of Wayne; her family Fenton Glass; and her pet Planet. She is also survived by Six grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, two great great-grandchildren.
