He is survived by: his mother Donna Rose (Payne); his siblings, Charles Rose (Connie) and Peggy Rose (Lonnie); his children, Eric Kelley (Holly), Louis Rose III (Yahaira) and Angela Bellamy; and his grandchildren, Bryan Rose, Aaron Rose, Todd Grove II, Elyjah Bellamy, Alyson Bellamy, Kaleb Kelley, Noah Kelley, Kaylee Allison and Lacie Allison.
