He is survived by: his children, Chad Siebeneck (Bailey) of Medina and Holly Siebeneck of Findlay; his siblings, Ed Siebeneck (Leeann), Don Siebeneck, Pat McHugh, Jane Van Aman (George), Rose Grubb, Doris Inkrott, Helen Davidson (Jeff), Karen Ibarra (Lino) and Carla Walker; and his brother-in-law Mike Van Atta.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the church, the Ohio State Richard M. Ross Heart Hospital, or the Humane Society and SPCA of Hancock County.
