She is survived by: her husband Richard N. Kondik; her children, Linda Miller (Ricky) of McComb and Steven Kondik (Shannon) of Jonesborough, Tennessee.; her grandchildren, Sarah Simmons (Morgan), David Felgar (Amber), Matthew Kondik (Sara), Amanda Leffler (Jacob), Heather Geiger (Kurt) and Jonathan Potter (Rachel); and her great grandchildren, Ryleigh, Kamryn, Braelynn, Macon, Kheivan, Jordyn, Jeremiiah, Lawson, Mason, Tyler, Robert, Abbie and Eliza. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations in Mary's honor may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 155 Depot St., McClure, Ohio; First Lutheran Church, 109 E Lincoln St., Findlay, Ohio; or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
