He was predeceased by: his father Clyde W. Rozelle; and his grandson Seth Rozelle. He is survived by: his wife Judy Rozelle (Bevins); his children, Brian Rozelle (Jamie) of Frederick, Maryland, Tracy Susko (Jim) of Bowling Green and Tonya Rozelle of Findlay; his grandson Jack Flaugher; his stepgrandson James Susko III of Bowling Green; and his sisters, Elaine Schlenker (Bill) of Fostoria and Denise Rhine of Findlay.
