She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Christy Chamberlin, Nick Bash (Annie), Charity Ann Hensley (Casey), Jennifer Lynn Packey (Bob) and Joshua James Alan Fox; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Elisha Hensley, Abbey Hensley, Alexia Rebecca Fox, Serenity Fox, Lidia Fox, Dakota James Chamberlin, Karalina Madison Chamberlin, Colton Thomas Bash and Nolan Fox Bash; Arya Rayne Chamberlin, Emerson Hensley and Grayson Chevlair.
