She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Tussing and Betty Tussing (Waterbeck); her husband David E. Howe; and her sisters, Paula Stoepfel and Shelley Parker.
She is survived by: her sons, Brian Howe (Tabbatha) and Bradley Howe; and her siblings, Patricia Crouch (late John) and Kelly Tussing (Deb). She is also survived by numerous nieces, and nephews, and many extended family.
