She is survived by: her children, Deborah Ann Schlumbohm (Brad) of Findlay, Philip Eugene Helms (Brenda) of Findlay and Teresa Lou Piazza (David) of Spicewood, TX.; her grandchildren, Tadd Robert Schlumbohm (Jennifer) of Findlay, Angela Mae Allen (Titus) of Findlay, Coy Eugene Schlumbohm (Renee) of Vanlue, OH, Joshua Eugene Helms (Carley) of Lewis Center, OH, Jennifer Kay Kasselder (Garrett) of Elk Grove, IL, Jessica Ann Polland (Joshua) of Findlay, Michael David Piazza (Trisha) of Perrysburg, OH and Anthony Joseph Piazza (Morgan) of Dripping Springs, TX.; her great grandchildren, Grace, Hayley, Taden, Ryker Schlumbohm, Faith, Cade Allen, Aubrey, Wyatt, Ella Schlumbohm, Madison, Braden, Keegan Helms, Parker, Pierson, Paxton Polland, Sloan, Briggs Kasselder, Sofia, James, Emilia, Lucas and Liam Piazza; and her siblings, Reynold Edwards (Sondra), Robert Edwards, Della Archer, Mary Lou Tavenner, Janet Lea Edwards and Keith Edwards.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Powell Memorial United Methodist Church (9648 Co Rd 313, Findlay, OH 45840).
