He was predeceased by: his parents, Elsie O'Sullivan (Deller) and Dehoney O'Sullivan; his wife Sarah "Sally" Elstun Moodey O'Sullivan; and his granddaughter Vivien Marie O'Sullivan. He is survived by: his children, Sara O'Sullivan Parker (Michael) of Indianapolis, Julia Deller O'Sullivan of Indianapolis, Indiana, Paul Gregory O'Sullivan of Ypsilanti and Andrew Moodey O'Sullivan (Bremelyn) of Middlebury, Indiana; his granddaughters, Ashley Lauren Parker and Heather Michele Parker; his brother Ralph George O'Sullivan (Beth) of Chillicothe, Illinois; his stepsons, Chris Whiting (Emily) of Columbus and Pat Whiting (Sandy) of Cincinnati, Ohio; and his stepgrandchildren, Connor Whiting and Morgan Whiting. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
