She was predeceased by: her parents, Joanna M. Falco, (Ferrence) and Fred J. Falco, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Denise L. Cobaugh (Christopher) of Gahanna, Jennifer L. King of Findlay, Ohio. and John D. "JD" King, III of Findlay, Ohio.; her grandchildren, Kaydri, Justin, Sarah, Samuel, Alyssa, Bethany and Carter; her great grandchildren, Derek and Zander; and her siblings, Christine Mezyk of Pittsburgh and Fred Falco (Barb) of Andersen.
