With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Philip E. Gerstner of Findlay, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 24, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Gerstner and Edith Gerstner (Line); his brother John E. Gerstner (late Pat); his nephew John A. Gerstner (Elaine); and his close friends, Lolita Saunders, Donna Ashcroft, Winnie Ream, Helen, Izzy and Dolores.
He is survived by: his sister Phyllis Roe of Wapakoneta; his sibling's children, Alison MacLellan (Sean), Lucy, Iona MacLellan of Washington, Kerry Roe, Cole Gerstner (Cheryl) of Colorado, Hannah Gerstner-Adams (Ryan) and Shanda Cox (Dustin); his close friends, Leslie Hunsberger of Findlay, Anne Yost of Carey, Chuck Romer of Ottawa and Bob Kerr of Frankfort, Michigan.; Jenny Sowers (late Greg) of Lima.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to a charity of the donor's choice or flowers sent to a loved one.
