He is survived by: his sons, Marc Hendel (Joan) of Sagamore, Mass. and Peter Hendel (Ashley) of Findlay, Ohio; his sister Toby Lieberman of New London; his sister-in-law Brenda Hendel of New London; his sibling's children, Bruce Hendel (Kelley) of Boerne, Texas, Brian Hendel (Bob) of New York, N. Y., Stanley Gertner (Joan) of Walnutport, Robert Hendel of New London, Linda Lieberman (David Houde) of Waterford, Sandra Hansen (Ralph) of Albuquerque, N. M. and Donna McIlwain (Charles) of Winterville, Maine.; and his grandchildren, Benjamin Hendel (Brianna) of Ft. Worth, Texas, Nathan Hendel of Old Tappan, N. J., Lexi Hendel of Temperance, Mich. and Rachel Hendel.
