He was predeceased by: his mother Donna Gutierrez, Sr. (McFadden); and his grandparents, Reyes, Lydia Gutierrez and Mary McFadden. He is survived by: his father Richard Gutierrez, Sr. (Barb Powell); his children, Alysia, Alexia and Richard Gutierrez III; his grandchildren, Adelita, Valentia Moya, Romacio Gallegos, Zeppelin Gutierrez and Arayah Groves; his siblings, Ray Guitierrez and Brandy Dauch (Peg); and his nephew CJ Boggs.

Memorial contributions in Ricky's name may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
