He is survived by: his wife Mary Agnes Rudolph; his children, Linda Miller (Ricky) of McComb and Steven Kondik (Shannon) of Jonesborough, Tennessee.; his brother Roger Kondik; his grandchildren, Sarah Simmons (Morgan), David Felgar (Amber), Matthew Kondik (Sara), Amanda Leffler (Jacob), Heather Geiger (Kurt) and Jonathan Potter (Rachel); his great grandchildren, Ryleigh, Kamryn, Braelynn, Macon, Kheivan, Jordyn, Jeremiiah, Lawson, Mason, Tyler, Robert, Abbie and Eliza; and his sister Eugenia Cashmere.
