Though Richard may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul Schofield and Nancy Hall (Phillips); his children, Richard A. Schofield of Findlay, OH and Shawna M. Schofield of Findlay, OH.; his sisters, Karen Stiffler (Greg) of Midland, MI and Jennifer Gebauer (Aaron) of Saginaw, MI.; and his grandson Canyn Schofield.
Memorials may be given to either The University of Findlay and/or the Richard S. "Doc" Phillips Discovery Center.
