It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rick Chortie (Findlay, Ohio), born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on June 24, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father Arthur Chortie; and his brother David Chortie. He is survived by : his daughters, Janet Hamilton of Hilliard and Julie Frazer (Dave) of Tampa, Fla.; his grandchildren, Tim, Calvin and Jessica; his brothers, Charles Chortie of Toledo and Alan Chortie of Tonawanda; and his pet Tonto.
