He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ralph Waldo and Norma Mae Heacock (Gatchell); his siblings, Diane Mayberry (Max), Duane Heacock (Brenda) and Rick Heacock (Robin); his wife Sherry Sutherland; his children, Jessica Auell (Adam) of Lakewood, Colorado, Michael (Gretchen) and Timothy (Alicia) of Asheville; and his granddaughter Immy.
