He was predeceased by: his wife Sarah Ann Wareham (Hall); his parents, David Calvin and Maude Lavina Wareham (Bish); and his brother David Charles Wareham. He is survived by: his children, Sande Theis (Matt), Robert Wareham (June), Bradley Wareham (Meg) and Brian Wareham (Jenny); his grandchildren, Justin, Kate, Chelsea, Morgan, Cody, Colin, Evan Wareham and David Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Willow Wareham, Rachel Mackenzie Grace Johnson and Josephina Emmaline Johnson.
