She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert A. Mitchell and Zola Mitchell (Bibler); her husband Ed Culver; her son Robert Altman (Tammy) of Findlay; her siblings, Ted Joe Mitchell (Carol) of Westerville and Rebecca Ruth Paulen (Ken) of Clearwater; her grandchildren, Richie Schlagel, Tiffany Underwood and Makenzie Steinman; her pet Birdie; her son William "Bill" Altman; and her brother Ben Bob Mitchell.
She is survived by: her former spouse Carroll "Butch" Altman. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Coldren-Crates Funeral Home (205 W Sandusky St, Findlay, OH 45840). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
