He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Richards and Margaret Richards (Hunter); his brother Robert Richards; and his son-in-law Keith "Kit" Roberts Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Jean Richards (Moorhead); his daughters, Rachelle R. Black (Bob) of Findlay and Nicole R. Richards of Findlay; his grandchildren, Melissa Apple, Heather Black, Sarah Black and Keith "Kai" Roberts III; and his great grandchildren, Bladen Black, Alexander Apple and Lillian Apple.
