She is survived by: her children, Steve Otto (Lee Anne) of Columbus, Robert Lee Otto, Jr. (Cheryl) of Findlay, Karen Sue Reza (Leroy) of Findlay and Barbara Brandeberry (Charlie) of Arlington; her sister Doris Mosher of Marion; her grandchildren, David (Tara), Kelli (Lucas), Jessica (Nick), Ben, Sarah (Chris), Ryan (Harley), Alyssa (Nate), Anna (Chase), Ethan (Kellie) and Lincoln; her great grandchildren, Elena, Nicholas Reydon (Boston), Sierra, Caylee, Sophia, Harrison, Colton, Molly, Cole, Cora, Elliette, Jonathan, Daniel, Snow, Huxlee and Kinsley; and her great great grandchild Cayson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested in Rose's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
