He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd L. Cousino and Dora M. Cousino (Veler); his brothers, Paul and John Cousino; and his siblings-in-law, Terry Matsumoto and Shirley Cousino.
He is survived by: his wife LouAnn Baker; his daughter Melissa Cousino; his stepson Daniel Cousino; his siblings, Glen, Harold Cousino, Mary Matsumoto and Dorothy "PJ" Cousino; and his sister-in-law Carol Cousino.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Good Hope Evangelical Lutheran Church (300 S Main St, Arlington, OH 45814).
Memorial contributions can be made in memory of Roy to Flag City Honor Flight or NAMI of Hancock County.
