She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Forbus and Marie Forbus (Jacobs); and her siblings, Hubert Forbus of Florida and Betty Mitchell of Louisiana. She is survived by: her husband Donald L. Thomas (Don); her children, Cynthia Brown of Wexford, Jeffrey Thomas (Tina) of Greer and Andrew Thomas (Jeanette) of Findlay; her sister Janet Holland; and her grandchildren, Blair Brown of Massachusetts, Kyle Brown of South Carolina, Morgan Thomas of Ann Arbor, Matthew Thomas of Findlay and Joshua Thomas of South Carolina.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place.
