He was predeceased by: his father Lloyd Lee Knox; his stepfather Carl Raudabaugh (Joe); his in-laws, Don and Bonnie Waaland; and his brother-in-law Donnie Waaland.
He is survived by: his wife Marji Knox (Waaland); his mother Cecilia Kirkpatrick; his stepmother Ruth Raudabaugh; his siblings, Georgia Badertscher (Jim), Dana Helfrich (Jim), Alison Heitmeyer (David) and Lynnette Coppler (Keith); and his brothers-in-law, Eliot Waaland (Jean) and Dwight Waaland (Lisa). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and great nephew.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Cancer Patients Service, or to the family to offset expenses and support Marji in her own treatment.
