Theodore Sliwka Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Theodore Sliwka (Findlay, Ohio), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 25, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Theodore farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Theodore is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He is survived by: his parents, Luke Sliwka and Krista Sliwka; his sister Vera; his grandparents, Angie Lause (Joe Johann), Dave Adams (Sherrie), Robert and Carol Sliwka; and his great-grandparent Patricia Kaple.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the St. Wendelin Catholic Church (323 N Wood St, Fostoria, OH 44830). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
