Virginia Leever Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virginia Leever (Findlay, Ohio), born in Abilene, Kansas, who passed away on July 13, 2020 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, E. Bruce Brunson and Alice E. Brunson; her husband William D. Leever; and her brother Robert B. Brunson of Estes Park, Colorado.. She is survived by: her sons, Randall D. (Diana Slough), Randy and Ron (Cindy Long) of Boulder, Colorado; and her siblings, Edith Rasmussen of Kalamazoo Michigan and Richard W. Brunson of Sante Fe. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

An interesting fact of her life was being born during the Spanish flu epidemic which originated close to her birthplace and passing during the Covid-19 epidemic a century later. A memorial service will be held post Covid-19 at the First Presbyterian Church of Findlay.
