She is survived by : her children, Shelly Durain (Bryan) of Findlay, Tammie Brooks (Kim) of Leipsic and Bobby Mahaffey (Tammy) of Findlay; her grandchildren, Tony Flanders (Patti McClintock), Nikki Flanders, Sammie Balbaugh (Tyler), Stevie Brooks, Robby Mahaffey, Evan Mahaffey, Mallorie Mahaffey and Lucy Mahaffey; her stepgrandchildren, Andy Brooks (Lori) and Leah Meyer (Jason); her great grandchildren, Caleb Pulfer, Cole Lopez, Russell Arnette, Savanah Brooks, Brady Brooks, Bryson Brooks, Evelyn Meyer and Chase Meyer; and her sister Doris Maxey.
