She was predeceased by: her parents, William DeLancy and Juanita DeLancy (Fellers); and her sister Judy Hall. She is survived by: her daughters, Dawn Hipsher (Jay) and Anne Williams (Scott); her stepchildren, Lisa Welch (Jim) and David Siferd; her siblings, Dave DeLancy (Jenny), Sue Mason (Randy) and Angie Engard; her grandchildren, Ashlee Haynes, Alexis Williams, Tyler Williams Justin Lause (Adelei), Logan Lause, Presly Phillips, Katrina Welch, Kelsey Welch, Alyssen Welch, Shayle Urich and Jarred Hipsher; her great grandchildren, Everly Dean, Jeffrey Brown, Zoey Dean and Camden Dean; her brother Steve; and her sisters-in-law, Sally Siferd and Barb Elsea.
