He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Alan (Fran) of Lima and Kathy Marie Martin (McGinnis) of Lima; his daughters, Alaina and Addison Martin of Delphos; his stepdaughters, Chloe and Kaylee Brugler of Upper Sandusky; his siblings, Jennifer Sumption (Dave) of Elida, Kelly Wright of Lima, Thomas Martin of Lima and Andrew Martin of Destin, FL; his grandmother Shirley McGinnis of Lima; and his siblings' children, Katelynn Jones (Logan), Hannah Sumption of Elida, Dylan of Lima and Brody Wright of Lima. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
