He is survived by: his mother Amy Lynn Black (Pesnell); his children, Brayden, Nathaniel, Liam, Arhieanna, Ava-Rae, Emaleigh and Georgia; and his siblings, Richard Weltin (Jodi), Jesse Black, Austin Black, Cassandra Walter, Shawnte' Montalvo (Enrique) and Leah Winke.
Memorial donations may be made in George's honor to assist his family with funeral expenses.
