He is survived by: his wife Suzan Carroll Decker; his daughters, Christy Decker, Candice Decker and Hailee Rhode; his stepchildren, Jimmy Surrena, Jessica Surrena and Josh Carroll; his siblings' children, Miranda Decker, Caitlin Decker and Richard Decker; his grandchildren, Angel, Trey, Amari, Karah, Madilyn, James and Richard; his great grandchild Kayden; and his brothers, Richard Decker Jr. and Bryon Decker.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home (314 4th St, Marietta, OH 45750). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
