He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. and Mary E. Mays (Arnett); his siblings, David A. Mays, Sr., Richard C. Mays, Rex A. Mays and Pamela L. Roberts; and his brother-in-law David Burton.
He is survived by: his children, Heather Kronenberger (Andrew) of Fletcher, OH, Christopher Mays (Ronni) of Dallas, TX and Angela York (Carl) of New Haven, IN; his siblings, Justin Mays (Erma) of Piqua, OH and Robin L. Burton of Troy Oh; his grandchildren, Taylor Tucker, Meranda Overly (Dustin), Jenna Steinberg (Luke), Zachary Kronenberger, Taylor Dodyns, Mason Mays, Kaitlyn Sult (Mason), Evelyn Kish (Elijah) and Caleb York; and his great grandchildren, Addilyn Overly and Josephine Overly. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
