He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Garrett and Esther Shuman Garrett; and his siblings, Carl "Tommy" Garrett, Margaret "Polly" Butler, Olive Carroll, Ruth Hammond, Imogene "Junie" Jeaujue, Ethel Garrett and Geraldine Garrett.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Burroughs Garrett; his children, Dennis Jendrusik, Darrell Jendrusik (Stephanie), Denise Weekley and Dale Jendrusik; his grandchildren, Wendy Pugh (Chris), Lyndzie Lay (Garrett), Kelsay Garvin, Steven Jendrusik (Carrie), Billie Jo Rice (Jimmy) and Lance Jendrusik (Alexis); and his sisters, Edna Barr (Sam), Mary Whitacre (Joe McCammon) and Jo Warner (Kenny). He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
