He is survived by: his wife Sharon Dougherty Barrows; his children, Tim Barrows (Tammy) of Marietta and Trudy Willis (Jed) of South Amhurst; his siblings, Debbie Rees (Bob) of St. Clairsville and James Barrows (Sharon) of Woodsfield; his stepchildren, Jenny Wells (Joe) and Mike Hercher; his grandchildren, Shayleigh, Keeley, Caden Barros, Alexandria Willis (Zach Mandich) and John Willis; his stepgrandsons, John and Jake Lucus; and his great grandchildren, Jaxon Mandich and Cayden Tidd.
